Although the backyard provided a great space for entertaining, lounging, and relaxing, the original plantings had become overgrown and tired-looking. It was time for a refresh! The new garden design blended several existing plants with Hick’s yew, Hino White azalea, Golden barberry, Karl Foerster ornamental grass, Bowles Golden sedge, Japanese forest grass, and Honorine Jobert anemone. The mix of contrasting textures and a restrained colour palette enhances the tranquil atmosphere.
