The front bed of this property originally contained three evergreens along with weeds. Before installing perennials, the area was cleared of weeds and debris, and the soil was amended. The plant design was tailored to the yard’s full sun exposure and the owner's preference for a beautiful yet low-maintenance garden. Selected perennials included coneflowers, daisies, Blazing Star, Black-eyed Susans, Karl Foerster grass, Blue Fescue, False Indigo, bell flowers, lavender, barberry, Russian sage, stonecrop, and creeping Jenny. This selection of hardy, sun-loving plants ensures a vibrant, sustainable garden that offers seasonal interest and enduring beauty with minimal upkeep.
